Tech 3 Class 1 Ion Engine

Description

This is the largest engine currently available, and one of two requiring installation on the interior of the ship. Producing 1.45M thrust, it is designed for very large ships and is most efficient using nuclear power to reach full power. See also the Engine Comparison Table.
