- added different message when ship is stored by admin

- added encyclopedia to information kiosk

- hacking now triggers safezones

[h1]BUG FIXES[/h1]

- music volume can now be edited in real-time through the in-game options menu, instead of when a new track starts

- fixed several instances where hotkeys were activated during chatting

- removeAllDronesInSystem admin command no longer desyncs and is now available once more to Server admins. This command will not remove player owned drones

- fixed bug where turrets would not fire when enforcing a safe zone

- fixed bug where server commands would not select unloaded systems

[h1]NOTES[/h1]

- Servers will need to be updated and restarted in order for players to join after the patch. No rebuilds are required for this patch.
