[*] Added client localization for all faction mails

[*] Banned players can now see the reason and duration when trying to join a server

[*] Extended ban command functionality. Command is: banplayer <player to be banned> <player who wields the banhammer> <duration of the ban in seconds (-1 is permaban)> <ban reason>

[*] Holding down the targeting button will now slowly cycle through targets 

[*] Targeted HUD icon now changes color when selected rather than only drawing the reticule over it

[*] Changing language now requires a game restart to ensure everything is reloaded properly[/list]

[h2]Balance[/h2][list][*] Skrill Queen initial spawn timer is now between 2 and 3 hours (was 4 and 8), subsequent spawn timers after the initial Queen is defeated are now between 2 and 6 hours (was 4 and 8)[/list]

[h2]BUG FIXES[/h2][list][*] Fixed new line in trade data cartridge hover text

[*] Fixed bug where player would be kicked out of the captain's seat when editing crew. 

[*] Disable old GPU driver dialog for ghost clients

[*] Fixed all crew members getting resource popups when only the owner gets the actual resources

[*] List in 3D printer can now be scrolled when hovering over the entire length of the entry

[*] POI windows in cockpit are now clamped to the bottom of the screen when the list is longer than the bottom of the screen

[*] Fixed missing localized string in ship-stats power usage over time screen[/list]
